I don't care for the layout of this book. You have to tear the enclosed folded pages out of the book. There's one page for you and one page for him. I would prefer that it was just a book that you can read. What makes it different is that you are not suppose to see what his page looks like so you have to tear out the folded page. I just put it down. Sometime later I',m just going to take a sharp razor and make it book style. I have to look again to see if this is possible without damaging the pages.Regarding the content it would be difficult to say if it has any good ideas.
This is a very interesting concept. Just the way pages are sealed and have to be opened one by one, is kinda hot. Now, I'm not saying I like all her ideas. Some of them are very basic, and some of them are very strange. But when you read them, especially if you show it to your partner, its fun and interesting. You may not like the whole idea- like making a body art party with lipstick, but you can cherry pick some cute ideas. And both partners can get some insight into what things would appeal to the other sex. It can definitely spice up your love life. Even if you don't like everything, which I didn't.
We have just ripped our first one out and excited to do it!! Everyone is complaining about ripping the pages out but it tells you that in the description. Some look like they may be a little more than I would like but I don't plan on doing everyone of them and will improvise! My husband and I are very excited to read these!
A must for all couples! I bought this book to spice things up with my husband. We've been together for 8 years and things can start to get a little stale. This book has such great ideas on how to pleasure one another. Each night is a sealed surprise that only one person in the relationship gets to read and then surprise the other with. It's fun to see my husband tearing his 'night' out because I know I'm in for a wonderful surprise later.
I have used this book before and really love the concept. When I saw that the book had been updated, and since I have a new marriage, I thought I would buy the new edition of the book.I was very saddened that the first page I pulled suggested I buy a CD that is no longer available for purchase, and go to my local RADIO SHACK for a earphone splitter to use on my CD player.Really?I am very disappointed that this book seems to have been updated in name only.Marianne
I knew what it was when we bought it so we’ve been happy and impressed so far. We’ve only done night one and it was just amazing! I’d suggest planning the night you’re going to do it and open 1-2 days before because my husband had to go get supplies for his envelope. Very fun and romantic night! It wasn’t at all what I imagined after hearing the “ingredient†list. Wayyyyyy better. I’d also suggest adding to what the book suggests. My husband added candles and romantic music and drinks. So fun!
This is a fun book, and would be a nice gift for a couple. The big problem with it, as others have mentioned, is that each of the 101 ideas requires that you tear open a page. This is not so easy to do! The pages are (in theory) perforated, but the perforation usually doesn’t result in an easy opening, or a clean edge, and using a pair of scissors isn’t so easy either. Consequently, the book ends up being kind of torn up. Too bad!
This book will get you thinking outside of your normal box without getting to crazy. For guys, I can tell you my wife appreciates the time and effort I put into trying, even if the date doesn't work out the way the book lays it out.
Bought as a gift, but we had our own. We enjoy it. Has a couple pages where you just look at each other and choose another. But, mostly the pages and suggestions are good
