The pages are beautiful and I really like the quotes. I saw a lot of reviews complaining that there were blank pages, but the only blank pages I see are on the backside of the quotes, which I actually appreciate so I can write a personalized message. Some quote pages also have other things on the back, like a recommendation of books to read or songs to listen to. My biggest complaint is how the pages tear out. I bought this book so that I could tear out pages and give to colleagues throughout the year, but even doing my best to neatly remove a page ends up with ragged edges. I suppose they can always be trimmed but I think some perforation would go a long way. The pages pictured were taken from the beginning of the book, then randomly throughout the middle. The further you go in the book, the harder they are to take out cleanly.
A great motivation, pat on the back, needed inspiration, or pick me up for yourself or someone else. Give the book or just one page. Great colors and designs, lots of fabulous energy between each page! Never before have I been ok with tearing a page out of a book...until now.
Nice book. Excellent reminders. I wish they would have consistently used the back side of the pages. About half (guessing) of the pages are blank while the other half have nice reminders or tips. It's kind of like they didn't have enough for alll the back side of the pages when the publish date arrived but they shipped anyway. I commend the "ship it!" attitude but as a customer, I feel cheated on half the pages. Nevertheless, I like what's here and would buy it again (given the price)!

I ordered this for a friend who is dealing with personal struggles & low self esteem & questioning her role in her job . The title alone caught my eye & suited my personality in terms if what I would give for a gift because I have a sarcastic off the wall humor.The quotes on every page are enlightening & inspirational.She chuckled at the title and enjoyed the book very much.It made both of us smile so I consider it a win!I would recommend ordering this for yourself, employee or loved one in need of a personal pick me up.
I love this little book, filled with so many reminders that we are all awesome. I reordered and bought 3 more for gifts at Christmas and friends old and young loved them. One girlfriend keeps this little book in her car so she can tell herself how she is great. Filled with aspirations, daily reminders that will surely change your bad mood into a good mood.

Worst motivational quote book I've seen. I really wanted this to be great, but it's mostly a few mediocre quotes and a lot of blank pages. Definitely not worth it.
